Fresh Water

Even if one can safely assume that tap water is harmless to health, we would like to include this special feature of the Xenia in this section.

Almost completely fresh water from the tank is used for each espresso shot, as the water never remains in the Xenia's heat exchanger, but instead is drained into the drip tray after the extraction.
