The machine has four 14 mm signal lights that provide information about the following conditions:
- Machine switched on
- Brew group heating active
- Boiler heating active
- Lack of water in the tank
Next to each signal light is a corresponding symbol. In normal operation, only the top signal light is on. When switched off, the lights are matt white (lower picture).
The lights are very elegant because they have a very small and flat and reflective chrome cover that protrudes barely noticeably. Resultantly, the lens can be particularly large compared to the bezel.
The lights are manufactured in Baden-Wuerttemberg.
