Boiler Insulation

Upon request, the boiler can be provided with additional double insulation made of 10 mm thick needle felt, packed in a stainless steel tube. The top and bottom edges of the kettle fix the needle felt around the kettle in a vertical direction and at the same time serve as a holder/ guide so that it can be inserted in a 2 mm thick stainless steel tube with an exactly matched diameter.

The advantage is that the machine does not have to reheat as often and the temperature in the boiler remains constant for a longer period of time. A side effect is that all other components are less exposed to heat, which in case of doubt extends their service life.
